Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In short: EAMBAS is a simple accounting app. You keep your own records on your phone, you pay for the plan period you choose, and you can stop any time.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the EAMBAS mobile app, the website eambas.com and the related online services (together, "the Service"), provided by Weftkart, the owner of the EAMBAS brand ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

3. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days with all Pro features. No payment is needed for the trial. When it ends you can choose a paid plan; until then the app becomes read-only — you can still view and export your entries.

4. Plans and payment

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your data

7. Online GST services

Automatic E-Way Bill and live GSTIN check use government systems through an authorised GST Suvidha Provider. These systems may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and their rules can change. You are responsible for the details you send and for checking every E-Way Bill. You can always create an E-Way Bill directly on the government portal.

8. Fair use

9. Not professional advice

EAMBAS helps you keep records and prepare reports. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Please check important figures, returns and filings with your CA or tax adviser.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Service correct and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, penalties or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and ending the Service

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
