Delete Your EAMBAS Account

You can delete your EAMBAS account and its data at any time. EAMBAS is provided by Weftkart.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open the EAMBAS app and tap your profile photo at the top right of the Dashboard.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Read the warning, tap Continue, enter your password and tap Delete Account.

Your account is deleted straight away and the app signs you out.

Can’t open the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address of your EAMBAS account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, username, email, mobile number and password.
• Business profiles, backup records, notifications and sign-in sessions on our server.
• When you delete from the app: every company, bill and entry stored on that phone.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and tax invoice records, if you ever paid for a plan, are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (usually 8 years), with your name, email and phone removed.
• Backup files you saved yourself (on your phone, Google Drive or elsewhere) are not touched. Delete them yourself if you no longer need them.

Want to keep your data? Before deleting, take a backup in the app from Features > Backup & Restore.
